Fuse 27 for dash light,tail light light etc is gone,any advice ?

Hi guys
I think that the fuse number 27 is gone.
My speedometers,gas gage light etc is gone,so is my licence plate light is gone.
I tried to remove that fuse,but can t!
I am terrible with these things,
Is there a special tool to remove it,or am I better off just going to my Toyota Dealer?

Yeah there is a special tool for that, any auto parts store will have one! It can make life a lot easier using one of them

 

In place of special tool which you should have already in the fuse box use a pair of needle nose pliers.

I found that little tool and also a spare fuse in that box.
It is all fixed!
