Front bumper upper support and arms

For those that have upgraded the front bumpers (e.g. ARB), do you still need the upper bumper frames/support that run across the lower part of the grill and the arms that hold it up?

If not, I'm willing to take it off your hands. I'm in need of it. Hoping for local pick up from Northern VA to RI to Mid PA (200 mile radius of NYC) but the inquiry is nation wide. All states are welcome.
