    Hey Guys,

I noticed my passenger side door handle opens approx. 0.23 mm more than the driver side. I had to use a micrometer to measure this, however it is now driving me nuts. Anyone else have this issue? Im thinking about filing a lemon law suit... Pics to follow.

I cant even say for sure that my passenger side works because I only use the driver's door.

Did you check any other tacoma like yours to see if they are the same.

Make sure you do enough sampling to be valid from a statistical point of view.

It may be that the truck is just tilting on one side because of a rotten frame. :)

Is your fuel door rubbing? Might be contributing to the issue.

I bet the magnetic north declination is causing the ever so slight distortion in the metal. :stirthepot:
