Should take less than an hour to flop the UCAs.

If that is too hard / too much, save yourself some prolonged heartbreak and just sell the kit now. If you use the truck for what the kit is built for, expect problems that far exceed this.

Not trying to be a dick, just straightforward and honest. If I knew what I know now, I'd have a stock truck and a Polaris RZR. But I didn't - and I've learned a lot in the process. Some of it the hard way.

Welding the gussets on isn't where the cost is. The fact that we need to completely pull apart the suspension, prep the are to weld, and then reinstall the kit is where the cost is. If we were doing the installation it would have only ran a $100 or so to weld in the gussets while everything was apart.

Lord knows i have made plenty on my truck, but from every mistake, you learn something.

I bet now you will double check what side the arms go on before install :)

just like how i have learned to proberly torque and thread lock the lower ball joints.... LOL

I'm new at the long travel stuff. For the last year I've been stalking and taking notes from here and other builds. You learn a lot from everywhere. I've taken so many snap shots on my phone of a bunch of tips of what to do and not to do. If it wan't for these threads there is no way I could do the stuff I've been doing. I appreciate the info.

Yea man my truck has been a series of expensive lessons. I love it though.

Next build will go so much smoother applying lessons learned. I always try to share those lessons; so that maybe some other new guy will not have to go through what I did.
