    That guy was stuck. Nothing to anchor off to out there in the field too. Best bet would be a lifted diesel on 44s. He wasn't buried beyond saving just the surroundings were a big problem. I got in front of him to winch but he just pulled me to him. Feel sorry for the guy but oh well.

    Why didn't you guys just use each other as an anchor? Straps to 2 trucks as the anchor for singlecabboy while he winches?

    So that's the second fail for the maxtracs huh? Phill lent us his set to try and get Amy's jeep over an obstacle. All they did was shoot out from under the tire.

    So what would improve them? Spikes or lugs on both sides?

    That would make sense. Spikes to grab on to the terrain and lugs for the tires to grab on

    In my opinion I'd suggest a strap on the end of em like snow chains. Something so when the tire spins it pulls the maxtrax under the tire in situations where you can't do it by hand. Then just unclip the strap once the track is under the tire.
