Can't find a lake? I guess the lake is optional. All you do is fry some bacon on a cast iron griddle, then toss the grease & crack an egg into what's left. Break the yolk, flip it & then put the bacon & egg on a hamburger bun. Celebrate your success with a morning of fishing, again, unless you've omitted the optional lake.

    Sandwich was delicious.

I was talking about Lou malnati's. I can't park an 18 wheeler in their parking lot.

I've never done grilled pork chops..

What's the cooking method on them? Heat and temp/time?

About 375 to 400 for 20 minutes or until juices are clear. These were pretty thick so they were on about 30 minutes.
Season with olive oil, pepper, rosemary and thyme before grilling.

    They are cheese curds.

An odd offshoot of the cheesemaking process. They're a love or hate thing, for the most part...very rarely is someone 'meh' on cheese curds.

I love 'em. You really can only get them locally from dairy-heavy producing areas...being a native Wisconsinite, I was spoiled. Now, they're available shipped.

I got three pounds shipped to my door COLD in May for ~30. Flash-froze two pounds for later, split into half-pound portions. They're a rare treat :)
