allpro long travel, shackle flip with ome dakars, cruisin offroad bumpers and sliders, 4.88 gears with arb's front and rear, budbuilt skids.
It should be the perfect height with the 63's in the back sas gives about 5 to 6 inches of lift over stock and right now he is at 6 in the back.

Ok so I'm tackling the 63 swap Saturday. I hope all goes well. Any helpful tips? I'm a little nervous about keeping the axle centered and I'm unsure about the shackle angles? What do you think?

Line your spring center pins up to the bump plate on the frame, will center in wheel well. Figure out where your front hanger needs to sit.

Can measure outside to outside of frame where front hanger goes to get rough figure. Take that and place your axle perches that distance apart. Setup your perches with leaf and ubolts clamped on to axle so there in place and bolt your front hangers on leafs.

Mock in place see how it lines up. Play with measure until there square and perpendicular, then line up your rear hangers. Tac front in place, square up the rear. Your goal is to have the leafs perpendicular, same distance apart at front, center and rear, even with frame rails and square/flat, not crooked

The shackle angle is 40' at ride on mine. Set it up steeper cause it will flaten with weight. We placed mine at 20' or something, tacked and added weight and was happy with angle. Do some reading on pirate4x4 about setting up leafs and shackle angle.

There's other ways of doing it but that's how did mine and came out pretty good.
