I agree. I eat the same meals everyday, so I try to make everything for the week. I do all my turkey burgers at once, so I can come home at lunch and eat and not worry about cooking. I cook my chicken every night because thawed out cooked chicken tastes like shit. I do my baked eggs for only 2-3 days because they stink up the fridge after a few days....best tasting way to eat an egg, IMO. I crack 6 in a bowl, remove 4 yolks, add lemon pepper, pepper and hot sauce and pour the concoction into muffin pans. I also started freezing my bananas for my shakes (after I peel them, of course) and it makes them last longer AND it makes the shake better, IMO.

Btw, does anyone like lemon pepper seasoning? I put that shit on my eggs, beans, turkey, chicken, etc. Love that shit!

Sounds like a plan. I'm going to start doing this for a while I think. No more splurging and making excuses for eating/drinking things I shouldn't be.
I ate very lean today and am going to stick to it for a month and see if I notice any improvements

calgary alberta canada. Food is friggen expensive here. A cucumber is like $2, gallon of milk is just under $5, asparagus can be found for 6-9$ per pound in some cases... and this is not the fancy organic bs either. I honestly love visiting the USA cause your gas is cheap, your beer is even cheaper and the food is super cheap in comparison.... and thats after accounting for the 20% loss on exchange

This whole "going to the gym in the morning" thing isn't working any more. I wake up every morning at 6 to go...but I just turn my alarm off and go back to sleep because I think "Eh, I can go this evenin." I actually sat up yesterday morning to get up...and the next thing I knew it was 830 and I had to be at work at 9. Don't know how I ended up laying back down or anything. I jsut cant make myself get up.

I'm the same way...I've never been a morning person. I just get my pre and clothes at lunch, take my pre at 4:45 and lift from about 5:05-6:00. I didn't even try going in the morning, but right after work isn't bad as long as I keep my headphones in and go to work

I've gone after work ever since I started back to the gym. But, I want some free time in the evenings. I get off at 5:30, at the gym by 5:45. Usually out around 7. Most of my buddies are already on the lake or doing some other shit. I want to get off work, and hit the water and do some fishing or something. Not get off work and go to the gym.

Heard that. I get off at 5 and am home by 6. It doesn't hurt that my house, gym, and work are all within 2 miles of one another. Also, I usually don't do shit during the week, so it's no problem for me to go after work. Getting in on a Saturday is hard though lol

I've recently jumped back into things. My goal isn't to get shredded or anything. I just want to be heart healthy and fit. My current daily routing is swimming 2,000 yards and running 3 miles. My intention is to ramp up to swimming 2,000 a day, running 6 miles and incorporating free weights into things. I do my running in the morning, swimming mid-day and will do weights at night. I'm 6', 218lbs. I have cut back on daily sweet tea and fries. Tea is a once a week treat now. My fast food cravings can be cured by a $1 Rodeo Burger from BK. I kicked soda about three years ago. It made a BIG difference. Unfortunately I replaced it with beer :D. I kicked the beer about two months ago. I guzzle five 18oz bottles of water at work.

I've been to AB...I once paid $7 for a gallon of Florida orange juice lol - Calgary is a city like any other city but it's location close to Banff makes it very attractive
