Total chaos w/fox or icon height difference

2011 Tacoma TRD offroad

just got my total chaos upper control arms and I noticed online it says the icon coilovers give you a 0-3.5" lift and the fox 2.5's only give a 0-3" lift. Is there actually a 1/2" differece. Right now I have a stock coil with bilstein 5100 set at 2.5" w/ total chaos upper control and I rub pretty good with the 285/75r16, bush bumper and winch didn't help either. Think itll clear better with the extended icons or Fox 2.5s

if you have TC uppers you can run extended travel coil overs. and the height adjustment difference really doesnt matter.
