    Thanks! Can't wait to get down there. Being a local....if I'm going to be working in Winchester, do you think commuting from Chattanooga 14 days a month would be a soul crusher? I'd love to be able to be in Chattanooga when I'm off work the ret of the time...

    Good heavens that's a hike!!! It sure would get old driving up and down monteagle all those days...

    Chattanooga is down to one of the top 4 cities in the U.S. in some poll right now though, so it is pretty badass. Maybe you could find somewhere in like Trenton or south Pittsburg that would cut down on the commute to Winchester...

    I'm curious to see what you decide though. I drive to Dalton everyday which is 30 miles each way. But I just looked it up and Chattanooga to Winchester is 70 miles each way! Yowser!

    Memphis is on the top of numerous lists as well .......

    So if you drive 30 miles each way, x2 for a round trip that's 60 miles a day. If you work 5 days a week, x4 for 4 weeks a month, that's 20 days a month. 60x20=1200 miles a month and 14,400 a year. If he drives 70 miles each way, x2 for a round trip of 140 miles a day. He works 14 days a month. 140x14=1960 miles a month and 23,520 miles a year.

    That's a pretty significant difference of miles on a vehicle. I'd find an older Honda civic or Toyota corolla for a couple grand and cruise the shit out of it. I would rather base my life around where I want to live and spend my free time then where I'm gonna work, especially only having to work 47% of the year as opposed to "normal" people who work 5 days a week which is 71% of the year.

    Soooo how is everyone? Me? ehh kinda iffy.. so no more school right now... long ass story all around!! got a huge hematoma in my lower leg and a bad infection about a month ago. almost got sent to go to hospital, had 2 shots in my ass along with being on an antibiotic 2x a day for like 2 weeks. lower leg/ ankle was swelling up as big or bigger than my knee after being on it for like 30min. just now getting to where i can walk around for more then 2-3hr without my leg ankle swelling up. go back to a doctor in 1 week from today for a check up. the hematoma is still not gone but infection is. luckily they think they got the infection before it went into the bone or blood stream. lol

    That's pretty intense man! I'm glad they got it mostly figured out.

    So my dilemma has been to decide between 887x coils and 885x coils. Also whether I should just throw on spacers for 285s or go with new wheels (More expensive obviously and I'm trying to keep costs down here.)

    i think the 887's are just longer... i believe that both are the same spring rate. also, what are the backspacing of your rims? you may run into rubbing issues.

    You sure about that? Why would you put longer springs on when you either can't adjust ride height cause you are using non adjustable struts or you are adjusting ride height by the adjustable struts? I'm not 100% sure either but pretty sure the 887s are a higher # then the 885s

    887's are the same spring rate as 885 just longer. I believe you get the same lift as 886s with less spring rate

    Hahaha I'm having a great Friday. Working outside, although it's kinda humid, but I'm usually inside nowadays. And I'm leaving work at noon to come to the wonderland land of Knox. Road trip!! Woohoo!!!!

    And Adam if you really wanna kill yourself, do some quick math on how much of your life you actually spend at work ........ Theres 168 hours in a week. Let's just say you sleep for 8 hours a day and work for 8 hours a day. You sleep 7 days a week, 7x8=56 so for 56 hours a week you are asleep. If you work 5 days a week for 8 hours, 5x8=40. That's 96 hours you are sleeping and working. That leaves 73 hours a week that you aren't sleeping or working. So your free time per week is about 43%. That's not including the time it takes you to get ready for work, drive there, drive home and start doing something different. You want me to continue ....... Or maybe we should stop now
