I did cheap mods like that until I got a real job and cash started flowing. Got sliders and skid plate, moving on to a bumper

You did say you have a manual, right? The 5-speed doesn't have a pan or a filter.

Unless you have fat fingers then the clips are a pain. I wish I had long needle nose pliers.

Lol I was sleepy and looking for my next truck mod, and I forgot how to spell apprentice. So I put master lol :D

Thinking either doing a satoshi grill, should look amazing with a plate bumper. But the center hoop would get in the way of the letters on the grill. Unless I put them on the bumper :)

It was free, and had been sitting for a while, at the time it was parked it needed brake work, and the cab repaired from a limb that fell on it, that was fixed prior to my getting it, but the brakes still needed fixing.

I changed out a lot on the brakes, no more leaks, new brake hoses fixed that, and went with the new calipers, rotors, pads, and master cylinder, and it now stops properly, added a new radio, that i will put a pict up later of, added a bed cover, vent visors, changed out the air filter and vacuumed out the squirrel next that it had in front of the old one, changed all the fluids, inspected all the hoses for wear and dry-rot, didn't find any that needed changing out.

Still have to fix the parking brake cable that is broken 1 inch in front of the spring arm under the cab, least it broke in a good place to get to, and one of the mechanisms in the rear is rusted and locked up, thankfully it isnt lock on, been spraying it with wd40 and will take it apart to clean or replace as needed. the other side works fine. need to fix the drivers side front blinder housing, it keeps coming out and scratched my paint last time it did, so that is a high priority, probably hold it in with some 3m tape till i can get replacement parts cause it looks like the part that holds it in is broken. also have to change out the lights on the instrument panel, half of them are not working.

Nice find, hope the frame is in good shape though. After my 00 tacoma frame rusted out on me. That's the first thing I look at next to engine, transmission and transfer case.
