    I got out of a 88 in a 50 because I wore a tie to court. Haha only person dressed for the judge and she surpassed traffic school rules for me. It was awesome!

    Its kind of a pain but doable. I made a paper ring that fit around the wheel and sprayed them that way. If I ever have the wheels off I'll paint them right.
