reg cab mini's definitely look good, but no need 5 lug for that. i usually just drop the tail gate and back up to a small hill and use 2x6's for my ramps. works just fine.

Thanks! I just put my Bilsteins on last night and hopefully will have it aligned this morning. Calling in to see if they can squeeze me in. I'll take another few pics then. I went with 1.75" lift. I like how it is sitting--measured all around and heighs are around 37.5-38.25" on varying corners. Pretty close to level... certainly more so than before.

Whew, finally read this whole thread. Lots of nice RCs.

Technolust; truck looks great! Got any rub with your current setup? Also, I'd LOVE to see an independent dyno of the LCE header. It looks like a quality product but the dynoes seem...optimistic. Where I'm from, if something sounds too good to be true, it ain't. I'd like to see for sure.

Thank you! Nope, I'm not having any rubbing issues. Bilstein 5100's are on now front and back and it looks even better! I'm really busy but I plan on snagging some new pictures when I can. Regarding the headers I honestly hope it puts down as much power as it says but I don't know. The truck has a lot of displacement for a 4 banger and if the exhaust is restrictive I could certainly see how it could gain power but I don't know about how much.

I've gotta get my storage management done first and then I'll pick up headers. Truck must be work-ready.

I'm used to faster cars and I realize this is my new DD and I'm focusing on function for now but in the timeless words of Ricky Bobby... "I wanna go fast!" Can't help it so eventually I'll have to make those upgrades. Perhaps next year. I'd really like to strip and cage my STi as well. Choices... choices.

For those manual transmission guys that may be interested: I ordered a Core / Hurst shifter from the eBay store Sunday afternoon. I got a shipment notification one hour and fourteen minutes later. On Sunday.

It's got to come out to the West coast from TN, but once I receive and install it I'll give a short report on my experience.

Last weekend I did some beach driving and now my slip indicator light is on and won't go off. Any idea what would be causing this? All I did was put my truck in 4 wheel drive I did not push any other buttons.

One of my friends with a Tacoma had that happen and it ended up being the ABS sensor got too wet and shorted out. After a few day everything was fine till he went off roading again. Hope that helps.

Thanks. I'm going to try disconnecting the battery and see if the light goes out. If it stays on anything else to look at? The trucks seems to be driving fine otherwise. I was driving half the time and we didn't notice the light until the drive home.
