Yeah I twisted it up pretty good with the overhead gantry we got after I gassed it up.
Front measures 10" droop and 4" up exactly like it was designed to.
Rear is 17" droop and 7" compression before the bumps stop the up travel. That's actually better than was expected. Rear was built for 20" travel so I'm not complaining about the extra 4". I'm am limiting the droop with strap in the rear. I just didn't like where the axel moved to in its arch when it went past 13" of droop.
That said we all know that floor testing is all BS anyways. I'm ready to get the bugs out of her and get on the trail and see what she can do real world!!!

I wish I had the skills, time, knowledge to create something like this. You guys are doing awesome work and love seeing that it's in NC. I don't see a lot of work like that done around here.

X3 I want to see how the cantilever worked out.

I need one of the intake relocate covers, not easy to fit the xmemb around the factory plastic one

The fact that the OP bought this truck from my home town and it's exactly what I want in my build really sucks because it was right there down the road. But I've had a lot of fun so far so it all works out.

yeah I should put an up date up I suppose.
the truck is out of the shop. It is back at home and currently getting the bugs out of it. there are a few little items that need to be fixed and on fairly major issue.
the big issue is the truck was set up and built to run the TRD supercharger. with the recent increase in price of the charger it is no longer part of the plan forcing the rehearing of the axels from 4.88 to 5.38. I will be rehearing it with the axels in the truck and it should be to much of a colossal task but it is the big issue at the moment.
I also have to get the speed-o working. with the rear axel and T-case conversion I have went to a gear driven speed sensor in the T-case. for some reason it isn't working and that has to be chased down.

other than that there is a list of tiny little issues that need to be ran down before it goes on the trail. I am a perfectionist so this is time consuming and tedious

for the record I drove it home, not towed

Give it a little while. Magnuson has the 4.0 getting cleared by CARB right now and then will be for sale. I saw a link a few days ago to it.
