I need help choosing some wheel spacers. My 34's nearly rub against my upper control arm & I'm planning on getting 1.5 inch spacers. I just need help choosing the right brand.

had my wheel off on my pro today, i see they are 7.5 in. wide but did not see and back spacing info on them, i measured the backside of mounting area to outside edge of rim, i get around 5 inches, so the back spacing is 5 inches,, im gonna look for another set of rims and put some aggressive tires on them to use in the winter so i dont have to run my TRD wheels... is this correct.. thanks,,

Do you know 265/65/17 tires will fit a 17x9 wheel?

I've been searching this forum and I think I found the specs for what I need, just looking for confirmation before I pull the trigger. I have a 2013 DCLB TRD Sport with the 17 inch rims. Can anyone confirm this is the right size for a replacement wheel? Thanks in advance. Anyone have any history with these Ballistic Wheels?

Are the 2015 17" TRD Sport wheels still these specs? Is the factory tire size the biggest tire you can run on a bone stock Sport?

You can run 265/70/17 or 255/75/17 on a stock height Tacoma on the Sport Alloys

Thanks OZ-T. I'm getting ready to order a set of Pro Comp wheels and put factory tires on for now. But by spring getting new tires. I would really like to have a 2-3" lift but I really don't want the axle wear problems some have.

Watch out though, on my truck with the stock UCA's I had to put on 1/4" spacers to use 255/75/17's on my truck or I was rubbing the control arms.

How does that make any sense when the 255/75/17 is narrower that the 265/65/17 the truck comes stock with

Don't know, but you asked me that question when it happened and I posted pics. Here's the pics to prove it.

Yes, sorry I left that out (2.5" lift on billistein 5100's). The alignment was in factory specs though. I can't remember the exact numbers. 1/4" spacers fixed the issue for now and I'll be moving to aftermarket UCA's and coil overs next year sometime.

I don't think you could fit a 33's under the truck without some lift. I would think at full flex during a bump you could end up having the tire in contact with the wheel well liners. Not a big deal to cut that out though.

You can fit 265/70/17 no problem at stock height , I ran that for almost 2 years and 255/75/17 is fractionally taller but skinnier

    255/75/17 isn't a 33 , you're thinking of 255/80/17

Your issue is the angle of you stock UCAs because of your lift , and I said in my original post , stock height with stock Sport alloys
