Whole truck vibrates randomly.....

So I was sitting at a light and my truck started to shake, it went away and then happened 5 mins later while I was driving, it felt like it was either misfiring or could be something else... Not sure at all. I just had the fuel pump replaced because that went out on me, had the new plugs put in as well, I'm only at 135k... It's a 2006 pre runner. Any ideas?

Any codes or pending codes? Pending would show a misfire even if it didn't turn on the light. I randomly get a cyl 6 misfire pending but never trips the light. Also was it wet or rainy out, if so check and make sure the plug seals are actually sealing and not letting moisture in between the plug and cylinder coil. Check and make sure the coil is pushed all the way down onto the plugs. Did it just start after doing the plugs and pump?

 

The pump was done about 20k miles ago and never had issues with that, I need to get the codes read because my light is on just from my CATs being out so I haven't changed them. I will check the plugs, they were just don't recently but everything was fine for at least a 1000 miles but now it's acting up

 

Update... So now the engine check light does not stop blinking, the power is cut in half and feels like its trying so hard to keep the truck moving, so its parked and i won't drive it until my ultra gauge comes in the mail so i can read the codes... no idea what it could be yet
