OP - Lets see some pics of your front coil-over assemblies. Just so we can double check that everything looks like it is put together correctly.

Harsh/Stiff ride could just be perspective.

From the stance of your truck and the components you are running up front, the only issue I see is the Alignment (caster) will be too low. As far as ride, I am going to say that it is just perspective.

Shit bolted onto other shit, and junk.
Not sure why the extra aluminum spacer, but with 886 coils which are longer, I have no problems with castor on stock UCAs. I didn't have a plate bumper either. I think these coil overs were put together with only aftermarket UCAs in mind. 885 coils on nitrochargers would not cause these problems, but it appears that this setup has exceeded the adjustability of the stock UCAs.

"Harsh ride" is truly subjective, but there seems to be a 2.75-3.00" tipping factor on lifting that breaches the threshold for stock UCAs. I have yet to bite the bullet and commit.

Well I ordered them and we will see, I am new to the scene obviously but when I installed the coil overs it was all I could do to get them in so its definitely pushing the limits of factory stuff. The extra spacers were to gain the extra half inch of lift as I was told
