We're not even talking about fabrication products at this point. He owes me accessory parts that I chose to purchase from him, and he's ignoring me about it and I'm fucking sick and tired of it.

Yeah man, lights and shit like that. You should really read the whole thread before blindly standing up for someone else. That is not meant to come across dickish, I'm just tired of this entire fucking process.

Have you called him? I ordered my bumpers last April and still don't have my lights. I finally called him last week and he said he will order them. I then followed up with a few texts and he said he has a shipment coming next week. I don't think he is ignoring anyone, that's not how he seems to be. I won't argue that he is a great business man, but he is a great fabricator and that's what I was looking for. If you are tired of waiting for your lights get them from somewhere else, I'm sure Bill will give you your money back

It was like 3 or 5am when I posted that. I just worked a full 13 hour night shift. I read the first page and the rest of it just seemed pretty long. I normally do read full threads or at least skim through them but I felt this one was not going to be any different across all the posts. I understand you are upset but there is always a way to resolve it.

Remember we're in America. If you want something done you have to bitch and complain and kick and scream hard enough until they give you what you want.

That's what's wrong with this country nowadays. Not many people's word is good any more, and you have to fight and piss and moan just to get the right thing done.

So Billy's last email to me on April 28th saying that he finally got the lights in that I bought from him, he was just waiting on the amber covers which were supposed to arrive the next day or 2. Haven't heard anything since. It's been approximately 15 months since I paid for all of my shit. My lights were missing when my bumpers arrived 7 months after I ordered them, and there were some damaged items on the shipment. When I finally talked to him after he resurfaced, he told me he would replace the damaged items and send my lights. That was February ish I believe. Still nothing. So I'm done waiting, I'm done believing that he will make things right, I'm done being curteous, and I'm done being pissed off that my stuff hasn't arrived. Keep my money Billy, I'll go find a reputable dealer to buy lights from and spend even more of my hard earned money, and I'll find the replacement parts on my own. Go fuck yourself.

I've been trying to get a hold of Billy. I ordered a rear hc bumper with tire swing out, rotopax mounts and two gas jugs and led lights. I put $1000 as a down payment. I've been trying to get a hold of him for over a week now And nothing. I left him text messages and voicmails. Nothing.

I feel your pain man, I've been there. Sad to see he's still pulling the same shit with new customers. At least you're on the west coast. If I wasn't 3000 miles away, I'd drive my happy ass over there and have a chat.

15 months! I'd be in talks with a lawyer months ago if I had to wait that long.

I received my bumpers and tire carrier after 7 months. I was shorted accessory items along with some items being damaged on shipping. I'm not going to waste my time, money, and energy with lawyers over a few hundred dollars of lights at this point. Billy's got shitty karma, and it's going to come around.

He was at Rock Therapy this past week. There is minimal service there. Bid you give him a shout today I think you'll have better luck, if he hasn't called you already.

Lol yeah you think you know the whole story bro? Edit: Let me clear that up for you considering you've very obviously heard one side of a story and that somehow I'm still the fucking asshole here.

He GAVE me a tire carrier, yup. He offered it to me after being so far past the quoted finish date of my bumpers/carrier, he OFFERED it to me as a way of apologizing and making things right. Said tire carrier arrived damaged and didn't even fit my fucking truck. I spent almost $200 re-welding it and having new feet cut to fit. THEN, he shorted me almost a couple hundred bucks worth of lights.

So, what, are we even because he GAVE me a useless piece of steel that I had to pay to fix so that it could be useful? Does that entitle him to fuck me over on the other stuff because he was so generous that he GAVE me something for free?

I think it's fucked up you try to call someone out without knowing both sides of a story.

I don't think he is pulling it with new customers. At least not with me so I can't speak for anyone else. I ordered my front hybrid about 4 weeks ago and he called me right before rock therapy to tell me it will be done sooner than he expected in 3 weeks! Hopefully all is true! Can't wait to get installing.
