I took the truck to a local Lexus/Toyota shop and they sat it under a sprinkler system with the front pax carpet pulled up. The water came in from the rear in this small stream that apparently isn't soaking the rear carpet.

The source? Appears to be the rear window. I have the sliding glass, so I hope that won't be part of the complication. I asked them to verify that it isn't the overhead trim that runs from front to back over the cab. I'm not sure if that even has a potential of leaking (maybe it is just a trim piece?)...maybe someone here would know.

It's amazing how water travels sometimes. Glad you were able to locate the leak somewhat.

After about a month of ownership on my old 2009 tacoma, I found about an inch of water on the passenger side floor board. Took it to the dealership under warranty, and they said it was a plugged vent from the A/C breather line dripping into the cab. Something to consider if your seals aren't bad.
