Odd code or error on 2009 V6 - INJ (?) from ODB2

I got an UltraGauge (which I love) to monitor temps, etc. Of course, my wife calls and says that it's alarming on her and that it is some kind of INJ code, but "pending" or some such.

I drove it later that day, no codes stored in memory, no active alarms. Drove great.

She said that it seemed rough when she drove it to school that day and got the code.

Anyone know what this might mean on a 2009 V6?
