Im gonna take my go pro next day, Not sure when id be able to hit the gym next, last month was tough to get by and this month will be worse. AS i said i have it all on footage pretty much but my damn gf recored it on her iPhone from a distance on some speedy version lol

505x 8 is really tough, and mentally i find it harder than the 1rm

Maybe i should make some Hard working set vids,
The one i like doing is the 1x7 DL + 1x7 Squat + 1x7 Bench "StrongFIT" for as close to 1 min total time as you can get. Then add up the weight for a total :) just fun and games me and the mates do now and then.

Hell, I pulled 365 today and was happy. I know my DL numbers are shit. I'm workin on it.

Then did front squats at 185, leg extensions, leg curls, and lunges.

    DL's are where its at,
I REALLLLY Wanna break the 700s and hopefully get into the 750s to help me with my over all numbers as my squat won't go much higher per say

I will admit, I have a bit of the grip problem in my right hand so over 500 i start using wraps :( to get my reps out. SO if i post something don't hate:p

All this talk about Dead Lifts....makes me want to see what weight I can do. I've never done them before. Does everyone here wear a belt?

On another note, I'm having a hard time controlling myself with the Bryers ice cream... Better than drinking beers though right? :notsure:

if the ice cream says "frozen dairy dessert" on the side rather than "ice cream", like a lot of those breyers ice creams are

    they're mostly flavored oil :anonymous:

Look who finally showed up to the party

I'm the opposite. My dl max is around 415-430, but my squat sucks. Ready to get back in bulking mode so I can pursue dem gainz

I try not to use a belt unless it's absolutely necessary (over 315ish). To me, using a belt at lower weight discourages good form. I only break out the belt when I'm really gonna be doing some hard pulling. Same goes for wrist wraps: I only use them on shrugs because I focus on traps on shrugs, not my grip...I'm not gonna let a good trap workout suffer because I'm losing my grip on 120 lb dumbbells after 20 seconds. There are those fools who use wrist wraps on EVERYTHING and that's why they have little baby t-rex arms.

So, the company I work for owns a few grocery stores and they're opening a "country cooking" food counter in one, so of course they brought in all the food for us to sample today...fried chicken, cornbread, and jambalaya  Of course, everyone here is feasting...I just don't understand the un-fit haha

I'm staying strong...the struggle is real, my friends

If everyone clears out, I'll go in and take some pics because that shit looks good
