Installed my Undercover Flex, as well as one of my swing out gear boxes (wrong bracket with the drivers side, have to send it back)

Still need to do clean up, and I am going to move the drain tubes. Drilled out the stock drain holes to fit them, but I'm going to drop new holes so the tubes go straight down through the bed.

The seal hangs over the bulkhead some because I got the stick on bulkhead seal too close (should have lined everything up BEFORE sticking that on), but it still has a good seal. Not worried about it right now, KB Voodoo bedside and tailgate cap system on the way, so will reinstall then and will get a better seal on the flat bed caps

The same shit everyone else has.
Today I trimmed another 2" off the front mudflaps. I also removed the rear 4x4 script mudflaps and replaced them with blank ones off of a Pre Runner. But before I installed them, I trimmed 3" off of them to make them match the fronts.

New on the left, old on the right

Yes. The ones that are about 16" long. Instead of bending the inner fender like most do to remove the bolt, I plan on cutting the head off the bolt so itll slide out the back side. Then I can install the new ones backward from how the OEM is installed. Id rather spend the 20$ to do it right vs bending/hacking up a $30k truck.
