    Hi Guys & Gals,

In the past, I've donated to Relay for Life events or sponsored someone who participated in the event. This year, both my husband and I have joined a team - "Amazing Racers" and are participating in the event. We are seeking donations and/or sponsorships to help support the American Cancer Society. I don't need to explain what the American Cancer society does - as I think we all know..... This event and other events help raise valuable funds and awareness in the community.

Why are we participating? On a more personal level - I've only known the Captain of our team for a few years but my heart goes out to her for what she's had to go thru (re-lapse). My husband has a coworker who's wife is also a cancer survivor. Our neighbor, who we've only known for 1 year, is also a Cancer survivor.

Millions of people get diagnosed with Cancer every year. It could be me... It could be you....
It could be a loved one. You might know someone who's been recently diagnosed, or is a cancer survivor.

The Relay for Life event we're participating in, is being held June 12th in Conestoga PA. It's held on a High School Track. The idea of the event, is to keep at least one team member on the track for 24 continuous hours. Team members sign up for time slots of 30 minutes or more. You can walk / run your time and pass along the baton to the next team member. Each team member raises their own sponsorships & donations and the team as a whole - keep track of the total team donations.

If you're interested in getting involved yourself - you can start your own team or find a team in your area and join!!

Please take a moment to consider making a donation and/or sponsoring me on this event. Not only am I extremely Thankful for your donation, but those who have been diagnosed with Cancer and everyone who may be diagnosed in the future is extremely Thankful!!.

You can make a donation by clicking this link. This is my sponsorship page. Everything is automatically setup by American Cancer Society.

I will be sponsoring myself - which, I'm awaiting to see what my totals will be and add my own to get it over the top. Plus....there's a little competition between my husband and I and who can get the most sponsorships! LOL

    Thank You!!
