I just had this problem. Turns out it was the hose to the wipers leaking about an inch from the reservoir. There was a small depression in the hose like it was being smashed by something and it was leaking from this spot. I had my son hit the washer while I was watching to confirm. Since the hose had more than enough length, I cut about an inch and a half off it and reconnected it to the nipple on the reservoir. Hope this helps.

is your insurance still active? what is their warranty on their repairs?

Shouldnt be too hard to pull the rez out, probably something pretty simple unless the actual container is cracked
