Black headlight, taillights, and center rear light. Custom grill, K&N intake,Revtek 3' lift,devil horn emblem,ballistic jesters

I have recently purchased and All-Pro rear bumper with attaching side plates. But am having tons of problems. And it might just be me not understanding the instructions right. For the side pieces the instructions call for a 7/16 bolt. But when trying to place bolt in top three holes the bolt hits the rear bumper. I will post picture if anyone can help please post.
