What's the wire under my AC fan

    Under my right AC fan closest to the dash the black part of my dash has fallen out and does do not stay at all and I don't want to glue it completely shut because there is a yellow wrapped wire and I'm not sure what is for...

    Sounds like it is the Air Bag Disable key switch wire or the cable that goes to the passenger side air bag.

    All of the SRS / Airbag Sensors and Actuator Cables are yellow color coded for identification.

    That may be true but I'll bet the wire is still there. Mine is and I have no key switch either.
