Before you ask, I tried searching with no luck. Does anyone have a tacoma with no lift, and low backspacing to make for a wider stance? I'm assuming stock TRD tire size.. but if you have one with a little larger I would be interested in hearing about that.

Also would there be any rubbing with stock 265's with low backspacing rims?

    Thanks, Jess

4.5 BS stock lift. Yes I had a lot of rubbing, and still did after the lift.

    Check build thread.

Small offset wheels, stock lift on stock tires.

Remember wider the stance = dirtier the truck. I cant keep my truck clean worth a dam because my tires stick out so far. I can even get mud thrown into the back seat if i leave the windows open while off road.

Wider stance is alot safer for off road too though wider the stance more stability

thanks dudes, helps a lot. I think i'm going to pick up some new tires with ~4" bs wheels this weekend.

So the general consensus is that there is a fare amount of rubbing?
