just installed my 3" fabtech spindles and the 2" AAL on my 97 Tacoma but the rear is much higher than the front. I'd like to get it level and I need a solid 2" in the front to get it level. I've heard people say they used the v6 coil springs for lift and I was curious to know if that would be the best route and how much that would lift the truck or if I should go with a 2.5" spacer kit I found (not sure if it's any good, id appreciate an opinion on this kit) http://www.prothanesuspensionparts....XiIaAtGX8P8HAQ&PARTNER=gbasesecname&Sec=11595. Any help is appreciated thanks in advance!!!

I've read alot of people mention that they installed the v6 coil springs in their 5 lugs but I'm not really sure how much lift it provides and what the ride quality is going to be like. Also after reading up on it, it looks like a lot of people lifting these 5 lugs break the lower ball joint bracket after liftng. So I'm gonna try and replace those before I do anymore lift to the front.

with just an OEM replacement? or do you think they somebody makes a stronger one? .. lemme know cuz I am pretty sure that I will be doing just what you did ...
3" spindle kit and 2" AAL along with V6 coils and mayeb even new rear leafs... mine seem to be saggy .... I am also replacing all four shocks ... from what I understand I will need longer shocks for the back however the same? length shocks for the front ... im notsure if this is positive or not .. still researching... plus I may be going with billstein 5100's as I cant seem to find anything better

next will be rims and tires ... you have any plans?

Some guys on here say that they've fabricated some of the brackets and that they were much stronger than OEM so I'll probably take one of the brackets to a local shop and see if I can't have some made, Thts gotta happen before I do any more front lift. The rear shocks on mine didn't need to be replaced when I did the AAL they were fine. The front shocks will probably need to be replaced When you add spindles and v6 coils. For wheels I know I want 15x8 with 3.75" backspacing and for tires I'll probably go with 32x11.5x15 bf Goodrich A/T or the general grabber A/T2, and then it'll be time to regear to 4.10. What were you thinking about doing for rims and tires? And have you looked into how much lift we could get out of the v6 coils? I hear that it differs between single cabs and ext. cabs. I'm just really trying to decide if I should go with a spring spacer or the v6 coils.

Also about the 5100s, I thought they didn't fit the 5 lugs?
