    I will hopefully be starting my rear HC bumper and wanted to know:

    What is the highest i can cut the side panels? I am thinking cutting along the hight @ the bottom of the tail light ?

    From what I've seen you should be cutting along the bottom of the tail lights. See the Sticky thread for Bumpers in this sub-forum
