I,& my family, like the "Sport" wheels much better than the Off Road wheels. Can you just swap em out, or is that a no go? I love the "17, on the Sport vs. 16/ on my O-R.
    Mine's a 4dr SB, not LB.

You can swap without any problem. I put 17" 4Runner OEM wheels on mine.

Anyone seen this done? Now that I'm wanting to do this, I don't know that I've ever seen that.
But if you guys say it can be done, I'm doing it. I found a set on C'L for only $200!
Will I notice any difference in my driving experience (i.e. gas mileage, handling, road noise greater or less,etc...) ?

You will have no problem switching the wheels. There will be no difference in driving experience. You are going from a 16'' rim to a 17'' rim. The difference in sidewall height is negligible.

Nope! All 05+ tacomas use the same wheel bolt pattern. Even pre 05 can use 05+ wheels.
