So I live in the bed of my 2014 Tacoma with a normal Leer camper shell and a modest build and now that summer is in full effect where I'm currently staying, it's getting pretty soupy at nights and I'd really like a to be able to run a fan and charge my phone/laptop.

I was looking into purchasing an AGM battery (or two) and running them of my alternator on a solenoid.

Does anyone have any experience with a similar build that could recommend a good battery, and any tips/ pointers?

I'm aware that there have probably been threads like this before, however for what I'm looking for, I could not find much that was relevant.

    Thanks!
