Got my Undercover Flex installed this weekend and it looks great. Install is simple if you take your time, still need to do some tweaking though. Had two big rain storms already and there was water in the bed. From my initial inspecting it could be due to a few things.

One the outside rubber flaps that sit on the bed have not settled just yet. Two I have the drain tubes routed to the cubbys so it could be splashing out or overflowing. Three in each of the corners near the cab there is no seal underneath the outer flaps. This seal is big enough I can stick a good portion of my finger down. It is where the back seal and the rail seals come together.

I tried pushing the rails all the way against the cab of the truck and this caused the final latches near the tailgate to not engage. Had to slide the rails closer to the tailgate to get a solid seal and lock. Thus leaving about half an inch of gap between the end of the rails and the back portion of the truck bed.

For the drain tubes I did them this way for two reasons. First I didn't like drilling the bed to make them bigger and I was afraid if I slid something all the way back I would break them loose. Two I never use the cubbys so this allows me to finally use them.

In the coming days I plan to spray water on the cover and see where the water is specifically coming in at.

I will give a review of 1-10 once I look into this.

Any suggestions on how to correct my problems would be appreciated. Mover all the cover locks great, looks good, just need to solve the water issue.

    Update:

Had a solid rain again and I plugged one of the corner holes. The amount of water on that side of the bed was a fraction of the other unplugged side.
