So I have these Nitto Trail Grapplers LT285/65R18. What's a good PSI amount? they are currently at 45 and slightly rub only when reversing on drivers side front wheel well. What amount should I have them for summer time driving?

    45 is fine.

PSI has nothing to do with the rubbing. You need to chop your cab mount and/or increase caster in your alignment (pushes wheel forward in wheel well) to avoid rubbing.
