So I'm a little green when it comes to suspensions, this is the first vehical I have kept long enough to actually replace the shocks. So I have a 2007 PR quad cab stock suspension set up. I did put a DYSTR-KT09120BK leveling kit on 2 1\2F and 1 1\2R a few years back. But now I want to replace the shocks. I have decided on Bils 5100 with OE springs and 5100 on the rear. I have no added gear on the front of my truck. 1st question does anyone know (WITHOUT THE LEVELING KIT) would the ride height be changed with the new shocks and OE springs. 2nd question can I put the leveling kit on it as well????

So if I take the leveling kit off and put 5100 all around will the truck sit lower in the back? I don't want to mess with the LS because of the recall. And I'm sorry like I said I'm new to all this, what does AAL stand for?

AAL is add a leaf. you add an extra leaf spring to make it sit higher. and you can set the bilstiens to what ever height you want in the front. I forget what heights they give. I noticed you said you don't have any gear on the front. Does that mean you plan on it in the future? If so you may want to consider that when getting your suspension. I know my billys sagged about an inch with my front plate bumper with the stock springs.

Sexy, no not adding any gear. I have a project gen 1 I bought a month ago I'll be doing all that good stuff too. And also I can't get the adjustable 5100s. Or it says they are not compadable. Says they are only compadable for TRD. Think its because the TRDs came with diff spings.

I can't help you on that one. If it's on a 2nd Gen I don't know why it wouldn't work. Maybe someone else can help
