    I remember my frustration when I learned this, however it's not quite so bad. It's actually an insurance company that receives the PMI payment. The bank just really isn't motivated to tell some other entity how they can lose money, and the insurance company doesn't have your payment history.

    Never seen that show...but I'm surprised you're not driving a pimped out Escalade or Hummer.

    I have other cars! But the taco is my everyday driver!
    Everyday I pick up parts and deliver parts this truck is perfect for all that!
    My wife drives a RR Sport and I have my toy in the Garage,;)

    I pay about $1250 a month and I make two extra payments a year. The house is 2100 sq ft of living space plus a Bar and hot tub on the enclosed back porch. Oh and my pool is about $300 a month.
