Oil Pressure Gauge install / with sandwich adaptor/ ?

TRD Supercharger / ecometer

Question is : Can I run a sandwich adaptor plate on top of the factory oil cooler plate? As I cant access the factory pressure port due to TRD supercharger Belt routing.
If so ... What brand or even better what product should I use ?
