Parts only replacement is a pretty standard warranty gig

If they replaced the part for me I'd go out there and put the thing on. Being I installed them from the get go and learned a lot about my truck so I don't have to pay someone to fix something. If something breaks on the side of the road I'm going to know what happened and what I need to do to get it to work to get me out of that situation. They fulfilled their part of the warranty. Be happy that they sent you the part and offer a warranty to cover it instead of telling you that's a wear item and you can buy a new one for $$.

Toyota also took $30,xxx+ of your money and offers a bumper to bumper warranty. You're not going to find that with any aftermarket part.

For the record I haven't had one issue out of my LR UCA's.
