I just finished installing the Old Man Emu leaf pack. Love the new look; however, one side is 1/2" taller than the other. Is this common? Are there fixes out there?

Have you driven the truck yet? There might be a bit of binding in the bushings that will quickly work out with a even just a test drive.

Just drove to my local tire shop. Measure again when I get home with the new shoes on.

Not sure about OME but some Tacoma leaf packs are left or right specific due to the fact that the Tacoma battery, fuel tank and driver are all on the left side and they tend to lean left.

Mine were both +. I flipped them over side by side and without a load they were exactly the same. When I installed them, my front end was still 1/4" lower on the driver's side and the rear was the same. I haven't measured again since I cranked the coil another turn.
If your truck wasn't that way with the last springs (I'm betting it was) you can always install a shim on the driver's side.

Driver side may be lower because your front driver side is lower thus lifting your rear passenger corner.
