Cranking Issues 1999 Tacoma

    Motor rebuild
    I left my key half turned to the point of leaving the radio on all weekend. I thought that the battery had just died but when I tried to jump it off the horn would constantly go off when I connect the jumper cables. I thought it was an anti theft issue so I disconnected the battery and that didn't work so I checked the fuses for my ECU and they were not blown. A friend told me to check my starter but I realized when I turn the ignition over the radio or the air doesn't come on.

    Im all out of ideas any suggestions???
