My son is getting near driving age and I would like to build a rig with him. I am looking for a 3rd gen 4runner with a manual transmission.

Not local, but worth a try. Built up 3rd Gen 4Runner with a 5 speed manual.

Nice rig for sure, but I am looking for a stock truck and something affordble, lol. The fun will be in doing the mods together.

I wish ya luck, took me a year of dealing with people wanting way more than blue book because it was a manual. Finally found a clean one at a used car stealership.

Tacoma is stock and staying that way, Pickup is TBA as of now.
I can't believe people would expect to get more out of a manual equipped vehicle. Manuals in the US lose value quicker than automatics and are harder to sell.

There's less of them around, almost all the ads say "rare" 5 speed manual lmao. They are semi hard to find, I would say on craigslist it's like 10 to 1 autos vs manuals.

So far we have removed a PO blight, the roof rack was off a passenger car and was sheetmetal screwed to the roof :facepalm:

We also removed the rear spoiler.

4Runner got detailed and steam cleaned.

Also added is an OBD2 bluetooth module so we can use an android device to read the computer outputs.
