Trying to find a good deal. Wanting to get them for my bf's truck! Bought the wheels from a guy in FL and we live in SC. But he didn't have the lug nuts to go with.

King, TC +2"LT, 35's, Aluminum this and that.

Takes a flange nut. M12 x 1.5 if I remember correctly.
Wheeler's has a good selection(also listed as 13/16): Flange nuts look like this:
