Anyone know how to disable the seat belt chime in 2011 dbl cab

    Anyone know how to disable the seat belt chime in 2011 dbl cab? I've done it thru the odometer in my old 2009 Tacoma, But that trick doesn't work in the 2011! Please help

    ha, yea i found a couple sounds like only way to do it is unplug a connector under the seat or get toyota to do it! thanks!

    Hmm I've heard of one by turning truck on pushing some buttons turning it off pushing more buttons and turning back on pushing more buttons idk though

    I think that was for the alarm beep thing, not the seatbelt chime. Not sure though as I have an '06 and it's not an issue for me :)

    That one only works on 2005-mid year 2011, mine was built at the end of 2011 and :puke:doesn't work on mine!

    I've searched quite extensively...unsuccessfully. Just fab up a little plastic/metal piece that looks like the seat belt buckle and plug it in there to trick it.
