So I'm going to be that new guy that starts out right away asking for help but...

I installed a Truxedo Lo Pro on my '15 DCLB not too long ago and I noticed that my rail end caps seemed to be different that what I had seen on other Tacomas, mainly that there was no rubber seal/gasket.

I inquired about it with Truxedo and they said they used to supply two rubber pieces to attach but have since switched to a new end cap with an integrated rubber end piece.

They claim this end cap will fit my rail.

As you can see, the dimensions aren't even the same with the replacement cap significantly larger. Do any other Lo Pro owners have this end cap? Tuxedo says the replacement will fit.

Have you sent those pictures to the manufacturer? It seems pretty clear from these pics that the cap won't fit into the rail.

I did today, waiting for a response back. When they sent me the caps I contacted them and told them they wouldn't fit but they said they got them to fit at their offices. I only went to public school but it seems clear something is off :)
