My passanger side door lock cyclinder keeps getting stuck. I already had it repaired once and now the passanger side is acting up. I'm very good with electronics so I was thinking of just installing keyless entry into the truck since its about what I spent to fix the lock the first time.

I was looking at something cheap like this:
    http://cgi.ebay.com/CAR-ALARM-KEYLE...emQQptZLH_DefaultDomain_0?hash=item3356a82412

What's involved in wiring these up? Where can I find the schematic for installing them?

The only thing I can think of is that if you go with "cheap", you get "cheap". If you are going to do this mod I would make sure you go with a quality product. May save you some headaches in the future. Good luck!

Do you guys have any recommendations? With my other cars I have always gone with DEI/Viper, but I just need something basic here.

I checked out whats involved and maybe I am just better of dropping it off and having it done somewhere. It looks like a PIA.
