    if I replace the cat back and air intake do I void the factory warranty?

    No. Nothing you do will void your warranty, unless something else fails, and then a dealer HAS to prove that your modification caused whatever else to fail.

    Go to town! Just remember, if you do happen to throw a code because of your new exhaust and intake and take it to a dealer and they see its because of something with your intake or exhaust, it's no longer free warranty work

    Reserected from the dead.
    Also keep your original parts if you live in a smog check state. Inspectors can fail the visual test if original parts are not present.

    No inspection in FL, and it shows. Some of the crappiest cars I've ever seen run on the roads down there.
