    New to the fourm not sure if im posting in the right spot or reposting, sorry y'all. Anyway I have a 2015 Tacoma base model. I think it has 3.56s but I have 4 new 31s sittin in my yard. Wanting to put them on the yota, but not sure if its going to cause damage to the diff or the tranny. Any help works thanks.

    2wd or 4wd? What's the width, I assume 10.50's. If it's a 2wd they won't fit.

    What size tires are on the truck currently? I'm not very up to date on 5 lug stats such as tire size

    It will kill MPG. That's what you should worry about.

    You'll be fine other than your gas mpg's will be worse.

    Not at all. I have a 4 cyl reg cab but 4wd, running 265/70-17 which comes out to almost 32x10.50. It's more sluggish but it won't hurt anything.
