First off, I know you don't have to have your CHL to conceal a pistol in your vehicle. I gave the topic that name just to get the attention of gun enthusiasts. I got my '15 Tacoma a few months ago and have been searching for a good place to conceal my pistol, but have immediate access if needed. I just wanted to get ideas of what others have done. Thanks.

When driving, I tuck mine between seat and console, inside an in the pocket holster. It has some friction strips, it stays put nicely. When I get out it comes with me.

When I carry, it usually stays on me. If i happen to go into a school. Then it goes into the pocket of the door. Or center console, or in between the seats.

Usually keep it on me. If I go somewhere like any govt building or something, I leave it in the ConsoleVault.

Thanks guys. I've got an old .38 that's not my EDC, that I would like to just keep hidden in my truck. I tried velcroing the holster to the bottom of the drivers side seat but just couldn't secure it good enough. I'll figure something out.

Well, like it's been said so many times around here, "your truck is not a holster".

I normally don't take it off in the truck but if i do I put it in the center console, it then goes with me when I get out. I have a salex center console organize, it leaves a nice gap between top of organizer and console lid for a firearm to rest in between.
