Look to the left. My 2008 has a plow.
I never checked the switch that switches from truck lights to plow lights.
So when the plow is not on there are no lights when the switch is on plow lights.
The other night I got it the truck and no lights.
So I come here and ,Stans problem had me believing I had the same problem.
So I took it to the dealer and when he said that I had a " plow" I said before they could explain " The switch for the lights"
    Sorry
    I must be getting old!
