OP, nicely done and good first post. What did you use on the back of the bracket to secure it into the track?

    materials:
    • 6" x 1 1/4" x 1/8" thick steel
    • 6" x 1/2" x 1/8" thick steel
    • 1 1/4" x 10" steel pipe
    • 2- 1/4" x 1" stainless steel i-bolts with 1/4" locking nuts
    • 2 bolts and springs that came with the rail tie downs
    • 2 washers
    • 2 M8-1.25 stainless steel wing nuts
As far as puting it together i welded it because i wanted to do something iv never done and it would be solid. im sure you can bolt the stuff together with some other hardware.
It is fastened to the rail by the stock T bolts....(not sure if thats what they are called but its what they look like)

They aren't that important just make it a little nicer to use in my opinion. Because the bolt looks like a T so u put it on when they are sideways push them in and rotate to get it to stay
