    FTFY :D :stirthepot:

I actually thought of that when I rebuild my front deck. I made sure that it was at the correct level to back the truck up, drop the tailgate, and roll the bike in. After loading (and unloading! a couple of bikes over the years with ramps, I decided I'd had enough!

I've run a DR650 and WR250 in the back of my TRD OR, so about 650 pounds plus gear. It would hit the bump stops on the big bumps but the ride was acceptable.

But now I have airbags :anonymous:

+1 on the U-Haul trailer rental. Around $20/day and it's designed to haul a motorcycle. Low loading ramp and built-in front wheel chock.

If you want to be entertained Google 'bike loading/unloading disasters' or something similar on YouTube.

I have hauled more weight when my suspension was stock. Yeah, it can be done and you'll likely be fine. It'll ride like shit though. All of these other heavy loads (mine included) did not have the high COG of your bike, something to think about. Travelling that far at highway speeds the whole time... I'd at least check the price of a one way U Haul rental.
